Harley-Davidson has been ordered to pay US$15 million (AU$19.9m) for selling its Screamin’ Eagle Street Performance Tuner as an aftermarket accessory, as the unit increases the bike’s emissions to non-compliant levels. The American marque was slapped with a $12m fine as well as an extra US$3million towards air-pollution mitigation.
